Main menu

In your Web Browser e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer, enter www and nothing else in the address bar. Thistakes you to the main page of your Zybert GEM server. Choose AutoReply from the menu and click.

This item refers toZ1 Email Autoreplies (1.00). If you do not see this on the menu please contact Zybert Computing Ltd.to check whether it can be installed on your system. If your system is not compatible with this particular version you can still use anauto reply by referring tothe following pdf documentAutoResponder
Log

Before you can set up and activate your AutoReply you must login using your user name. You do not need to be a systemAdministrator to do this. 'Admin rights required' simply refers to admin rights for your own personal account.

Note:

  • This is not necessarily the same name that you use to logon to your computer.
  • It is not necessarily the name you use for your email
  • This is important so check with your network administrator if you are not sure of your user name.
AutoReply message entry

Enter your message in the AutoReply message box. If you need to correct or edit this at any time simply log back in.

When done click the Activate button.
Activated

You will thenget a confirmation message that your AutoReplyhas been activated. Anyone emailing you while AutoReply is active will get this message. You will receive their email, in your Inbox, as usual.

When logging back in you have the option to Activate, Modify,Deactivate or Cancelas appropriate
