- 'Off-site' disk - fully operational disk containing all of your data may be kept away from your premises. Bring this disk to work once a week or so and simply swap it with the one that is currently in the server and take the other away. In a case of fire or flood or theft - this disk can be used in the replacement server and it is ready to use. Your network will be up and running in less than 5 minutes and all your data will be intact.
- Automatic Recovery: your archive disk - either internal or 'off-site' - can be simply plugged into the replacement server. The server will start and in less than 5 minutes you are back. This protects your system not only against disk failures or hardware failures but also against a total loss of your IT infrastructure. We can deliver a replacement server immediately and together with your 'off-site' disk it gets you back into business.
- All incoming and outgoing email is archived up separately in special folders - accessible immediately to authorized persons.
